In the first part of a two-part series, IGN looks at what it takes to get rid of the belly fat that is so common among men.
“I think the best way to get it out is with exercise, so just sit down and do some cardio,” said Chris.
“I know it sounds silly, but you need to be doing something for at least 30 minutes a day.”
In a similar vein, “If you’re overweight and you’re going to lose some muscle, I recommend just going out to the gym or going to a weight-lifting gym,” said Mark.
“You don’t have to be a bodybuilder.
If you’re not into bodybuilding, you can still do cardio and do a lot of other things like pushups and sit ups.
The goal is to get your abs out of shape, to get them tight and tight and strong,” said Jake.
It was the second time Chris had taken on this exercise, and he was impressed.
“You’ll see a ton of people who have been working on this for years get results,” he said.
Jake and Chris agreed that a lot more needs to be done to help men lose body fat.
In addition to a “body-building program,” “a diet is key,” Chris said.
“You want to have some protein in your diet.
You want to add some carbs into your diet to balance it out, because if you don’t, you’ll go through your entire life without losing body fat.”
“What I would say is that you need a strong core to work on this, so you need strength,” said Alex.
There are other exercises, however, that are good for the belly, such as:The “squatting machine,” which is a device that can be used for the squatting position, which Chris describes as a “squeezing motion.”
The “dancing mat,” which Jake said is the “best exercise” he’s ever done.
A weighted vest that helps to improve circulation in the abdominal area.
For Chris, it was a “very fun exercise.”
A light weight bench that was the best exercise he had ever done, but also helped to loosen up his abs.
And a “sitting chair” that Jake described as a very useful exercise for the chest.
Chris agreed that some exercises can help to “break” body fat, and “there are some things that are better for the stomach and lower back,” but he stressed that it’s a “one-time thing.”
“I’d definitely encourage people to get on a weight training program, and I’d also encourage people not to get too big,” he continued.
“A lot of the people I know are really skinny, and they’re really strong.
They’ve been working out for years.
They’re just going to get really skinny.
You need to work your body, and that’s what this exercise is for.”
