Joe Webb is now a member of the Jacksonville Jaguars, according to the team.
The veteran defensive end, who was released by the team earlier this month, is expected to join the team as a rookie free agent, according the team’s official website.
The Jaguars signed Webb in May and he was a member the team until his release last month.
Webb, a 6-foot-4, 248-pound defensive end from Oklahoma, was a three-time Pro Bowl selection and two-time Super Bowl champion.
He is one of three former players signed to the Jaguars by new coach Doug Marrone.
In addition to Webb, the Jaguars have re-signed defensive tackle Tamba Hali to a three year deal, cornerback Jalen Ramsey to a four-year deal and safety Tashaun Gipson to a five-year, $40 million contract.
