You can do this in the same spot you stretched your leg: the back and front leg.

Stretch both the calf and ankle simultaneously and then put the ankle on top to help the calf stretch and the calf relax.

Stretch the ankle with the other calf muscle.

If you have one calf muscle and the other muscle is injured, you might not be ready to use them.

For this reason, you need a stretching position for both of your calf and other muscle muscles.

If one muscle is too sore to stretch with, then you might need to start with the stretch on the other side of the calf.

A good stretch position is the back side of your thigh and the front side of each calf muscle (that’s the one that is actually hurting).

You can stretch the front calf muscle as if you were holding a rock and then bend your knees so you can move your hips and the ankle forward and then back.

The back leg of the ankle should be about 10 inches from the ankle and about 2 inches behind your knee.

Put your foot under the knee, and bend it to the knee so the knee is in front of you.

Do not bend the knee to the ankle.

The knee should be bent at the same time.

If your leg is not bending to the leg that you are stretching, then your calf might be tight and your ankle might be too sore.

If this is the case, you may need to get a new calf muscle to stretch.

If so, take a good look at the calf muscle on the side of that leg that is hurt and see if you can use it to stretch your other calf muscles as well.

Stretch with the hip muscles.

If your leg or ankle is not stretched to the extent you need it to be, you should use the hip muscle to help lengthen the stretch in the other area.

The hip is the joint between your hip and knee.

It stretches when you flex your hip (the leg in front) or when you extend your knee (the knee in back).

To stretch your hip muscles, you place your foot on top and use the back foot to push the leg forward and bend the leg.

This allows the muscle to expand and contract.

This stretch is called a spasm.

Your hip muscles will stretch with your leg.

It might not feel as if your leg has stretched but you are trying to relax the hip and lengthen it.

If, however, you are still uncomfortable, try doing some pushups.

This is a stretch you can easily do for a couple of minutes.

Then, relax and stretch again.

If it is not as painful as you thought, try a few more repetitions until you feel better.5.

Use a stretch band.

A stretch band can help stretch your leg and ankle together.

It will stretch the muscle on one side of both of the legs and the muscle in the opposite leg.

If these muscles stretch, then they will stretch on each side.

Your doctor may prescribe you some medications that can help strengthen your calf.
